Odzai ("we", "us") provides a financial ledger web application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you visit odzai.com or use the Service.

Account data (email, name if provided), workspace and ledger data you enter (accounts, transactions, budgets, recurring items, settings), technical data (IP address, device/browser info, logs), and security signals from Cloudflare Turnstile when used on auth forms.

We use data to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, secure the platform, send essential account emails, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

We rely on service providers such as Supabase (auth and database) and Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, Turnstile). They process data under our instructions and applicable agreements.

We keep account and ledger data while your account is active. After deletion or inactivity, we remove or anonymize data within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention.
